Hi been directed to post on her by a friend, Looking for some help. Changed my tax credit claim yesterday from Single to Joint.
Having to for a claim pack being send, What will it ask for ? Been abit shred happy with the shreader lately, bit worryed that there gonna ask for utitlity bills ect none of which I have except TV licence which was sent about 3 months ago. Hopefully will get something through the post this wk that they'll want.
Really concered about how long it will take as will not be able to pay my nursery fees untill I start getting tax credits again. How long does it normally take for them to sort it out ?

I don't know how long it may take but I very much doubt they will want utility bills.
Normally it would be evidence of child benefit, maybe a p60 (or the figures from it) and wage slips etc.
I didn't have to provide anything when I went from a joint to a single claim (except figures of course) so I imagine any paperwork required will need to come from your new partner...0
