Virgin home phone - complete rip off!

They seem to be charging us 10p a minute excluding VAT, seems like a total rip-off to me.

Also when I applied I told them I didnt want a paper bill and they've been sending us paper bills at £1.25 a month. A--holes!:mad:

    You should check the PPM rates of your calls before you setup. I would look at this as a lesson learnt the hard way.

    Oh absolutely, but how can they justify it?? And they caanot explain the fact they're charging me for a bill I said I did not want.

    I will not be using Virgin again after the contract as expired. For anything.

    so the call prices are as advertised?
    as for the paper bills,keep pushing them and you should get the fee refunded

    I'll need to check. I wouldnt exactly say they were "advertised". You get free weekend calls to landlines (which was advertised pretty well) but all other times seem to be expensive.

    Yes their call charges are very expensive. Thats why a lot of moneysavers on Virgin Media Cable use
