Virgin Trains Refund
Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place so apologies if not.
I placed an order with virgin trains for train tickets on the 23rd January 2010. I then had to cancel them and reorder for a different date due to something I couldn't get out of. I phoned up Virgin Trains and explained and they let me reorder new tickets and instructed me to return the first lot for a refund (minus their admin fee per ticket). There were 4 tickets in total (2 there and 2 back).
Following the call I sent the tickets off and I received a refund of £48.60 for one set of tickets (2 tickets) but heard nothing about the refund for the second set of tickets.
I received an email on 13 March 2010 apologising for a delay in receiving the refund but was assured that it had been sent. I then received a refund from Virgin Trains on 16th March 2010 for £14.30 and I phoned them to query the remainder of the refund and I was told it would be looked into but I have heard nothing back and have not yet received the remaining £34.30.
I have used the contact us form on their website a number of times but don't get any response and can't afford to just throw away almost £35.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks
