How much do you put aside a month for fun?

I'm the same, £100 pcm treat money between me and hubby in an account with £100 petrol money and £100 food/drink money. What we don't spend on, we keep back to the end of the month and then use it as treat money. (All the bills are in another account, and a third account has all our savings in). If we go the pub with friends I avoid salty snacks and stick to cheaper drinks, at the cinema I take a bottle of water and avoid nibbles as I'm dieting anyway, same at bowling etc. I tend to go off on day walks with friends and just need a bus or train ticket to get there, or go for coffee in town (or if they're willing have them round here for coffee and combine it with crafts). I love going round and helping them to decorate too- all the fun none of the cost. Film nights are good and cheap, as are board game nights and Wii/similar competitions. Book clubs are cheap options too- just get the book from the library.
