I have recently purchased a Matsui LM17N1 17" LCD TV for use in the kitchen. The bulk of the time I will be playing the radio thro' the set. Is there any way I can remove on screen text in order that I can avoid screen burn? Any thoughts will be much appreciated.

Hi Al
Thanks for your reply - I should have have mentioned that I had read your suggestion in the manual and I wondered if there was another method.

Some TV's have a screensaver built-in, but if it did, it would be probably mentioned in the manual. You could always buy a cheap radio if you are worried about it.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
