Underfloor heating: wet or electric?

Hi - Underfloor heating (UHF) can someone advise/recommend?
Project - I am renovating my kitchen into an open plan living area. It will be approx 40 metres square, all brick built with solid floors finished with a porcelain tile covering.
I want to have UHF with no radiators in the new open space. Do I get a wet system or electic system?
Which system will heat the room best (most efficient)?
Info - the rest of the house (4 bed end terrace) has rads using a new boiler (Glow Worm 38cxi).
Thanks for any guidance.

Wet, as gas is more efficient than electric.0

Agreed with above water is the way forward. Make sure you insulate well underneath the pipeing otherwise you'll be heating the ground.0

Wet...gas fired.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
