Freeware for recording screen with sound

hi all..need a software whereby I can record a flash video from a website and also record the sound. I have found software which only record video but do not record the sound. I know you get youtube downloaders but this video is not youtube or any other video websites.

Can any one help?

If you want to record the full screen itself, you can get freeware solutions with a watermark like Fraps and Growler Guncam....

lol..its actual my uni lectures notes so its an intranet site but the ***** have put the notes up as a flash video instead of a video I can download

If it's an Intranet site you should still be able to download the videos with some form of Flash Downloader, it's just a matter of grabbing the link

I believe Firefox has a couple of plugins which allow you to download the videos (I used to grab Youtube ones with it)

The icon looks like 3 circles (green, blue, red) - someone may know what it is

this is what i use to make tutorials on using applications and stuff. works fire for me
