Post Office - Currency Refund (Ash Crisis)

Was due to go to Rome last Friday week but trip was cancelled due to the ash business.
The day before I bought £400 worth of Euros. However, when I returned them the Post Office gave me £60 less then I had paid!
However, I was informed that because of the circumstances the PO would refund the difference by sending both receipts to the following:
Customer Care
Freepost
PO Box 740
Barnsley
S73 0ZJ
