DPS deposit return

Wonder if anyone can help.
I deposited my tenants deposit online at the DPS website, the tenancy is now complete, the tenant has been on the DPS website to request the deposit back. I have logged in and authorised the deposit to be returned. The status of the deposit shows as closed.
How and when will the deposit be returned?
Thanks

as far as i know DPS return it directly to the tenant and once a deposit is "closed" then its all over.....0

Yeah, this would be my assumption too, however I dont remember providing the tenants address or bank account details.0

ok, will hold fire before i chase it then.0

Im sure your tenants will chase it if they dont get it back. No need to chase from your end once you've told them to release it.:jProud mummy to a beautiful baby girl born 22/12/11 :j0
