A couple of questions:
If you are applying online do the passwords etc.. from last year still work? I can't remember them (I was so stressed, I did write them down but can't remember where I put them) I know you can have reminders sent out but I would just like to start again. is this possible?
In providing evidence of income due to a change in circumstance, is a summary of my income in the form of a Personal tax Computation completed by my accountant enough? (I did fill in all the other stuff about shares etc originally and nothings changed)
I have copies from 2008 and 2009 accounts that have been stamped with the accountant's stamp but not signed by him - will they reject them for not being signed?
Also, in assessing do they use gross or net figures?
I have one son who has been 'provisionally' means tested and received his money and a second who hasn't. I want it sorted before I embark on filling in this years!
Thanks very much.

No you can't start again, you need your ART ID and password from last year.
It will take a number of weeks to get them so I would hurry up about it.0
