Have now applied for mine - ta. Also on their web site there is the opportunity to enter a competition for a free hair make over in London. You are required to register (again) with them & give info on your hair colour. You are also asked for a password & by chance since I've put in blonde (no option for 'with grey bits') I suggested 'blaze' as the password. It got me thru which suggests that the other two passwords would be 'smoulder' for brunettes & 'burn' for red heads. Good luck - see if my theory is correct
