its only asking for my email address then says my sample will be with me in 4 weeks. cant remember if i have already signed up to their website or not for them to have my home address from that. did it only ask for everyone elses email?

It asks for email, you type it in, then the address page should come up!

first it asked for my email, then took me to another page where i filled in my address maybe it skipped a page for you?

just re-read the origional link "If you havent registered it will take you to a registration page" and i tried it again with a fake email (naughty, i know!) and it let me through.
so mystery solved....seems we have already registered!
