Incredimail problem..multiple e-mails

I have always used Incredimail to pick up my e-mails with no problem. However, recently I have started receiving multiple copies of each e-mail...this morning I received 12 copies of each e-mail from both my Yahoo account and my NTL world account. The total of e-mails in my inbox read over 4000! I did manage to delete them though it took a while. I know this must be a problem with Incredimail as if I pick the e-mails up via Yahoo or Virgin I only get one copy of each. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Incredimail but still get the same problem. Can anyone help? I really love Incredimail and would like to continue using it if possible.

That must have taken AGES to delete 4000. I know how long it takes to delete 250. Afraid I can't offer any solutions but I also love Incredimail. Haven't experienced that problem thankfully. I'm sure someome will soon come to your rescue. Good luck.
