Faulty SCS Sofa-can i return?

I purchased a new 2 and 3 seater sofa on 16th April 2010 on buy now pay next year. When I sat on the 3 seater i realised there is a fault with the frame-it sags as though the frame is broken. I rang them the next day to be told an upholsterer will come out to look at it. I have waited a week, and they still have not contacted me to book this in, despite me ringing them twice more! They have told me the upholsterer's they use don't go to Poole(where i live). They are based in Southampton, and they are going to send out a sub-contractor. How long do i have to wait before they sort this out?
What are my rights? Can i insist they take the suite back, as i don't think a repair will be acceptable. The suite cost £1,300 so i expect it to be right.
Is there a legal time scale for me to return the goods as i am not satisfied?
Please give me some advice! Thank you

If it is indeed faulty the you should be able to get a full refund as you've rejected the sofa within a reasonable period.0

You don't have to accept a repair but the thing is if you do accept the repair then you will also loose out on your warranty. My mum had the same problem with CSL I wouldn't deal with them either if I was you. Give them a ring and tell them to come and collect the suite before you get it into the back of a van and dump it outside one of their shops and explain to every person who walks past why you are returning it.
