Sunglasses Shop - Can I get £ back for damaged item?!

Can anyone give me advice on whether I can somehow claim £ back through my credit card company?
I ordered an item from the Sunglasses Shop website which arrived damaged in 3 places. I sent an e-mail to them along with photographic evidence of the damage. They e-mailed back apologising and saying they will send a replacement.
This was 4 weeks ago. They never sent a replacement and did not respond to any communication. I e-mailed them a week ago to say I want a full refund instead, again they ignored the e-mail and I haven't received a refund.
Would this count as goods not received? Would I be able to claim back the £ from my credit card company? I've never encountered a problem like this before, so don't really know what the next step would be.
Thanks for any help

You can only make a s75 credit claim if the items value is over £100.
You should get you money back anyways though, just write letter with a time limit to issue a refund (7 days) or you will enter small claims proceedings.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
Have you returned the faulty item?Gone ... or have I?0

Thanks for the replies.
It was under £100 and I did send it back to them.
So if I give them 7 days to issue a refund and they don't, I then go to my credit card?0 -
