RSA Life & Pensions

Hi there. Firstly, let me apologise if I have the incorrect forum. This just semeed the most apt forum to tell you about my problem.
4-5 years ago, when I was younger and naive I took out some policy with RSA Life and pensions. Now, you must excuse my foolishness, because that is what I am, but I have lost all paperwork, contact information, the lot! The only bit of info I have for this a reference number of my direct debit that I pay for it.
I basically don't know what I am paying for and what to know where this money is going or if it going towards a pension or some sort of savings and if so, I want to stop it etc. But after looking into it, I just don't know who to contact or where to get contact info and believe me, I have looked. There are that many affiliated companies and different phone numbers, I just do not know what to do.
I have basically been paying £7.00 a month for about 4 years and it has taken me that long to wise up and realise that is alot of money mounted up after that period of time.
So, if anyone can help me AT ALL and can try and point me in the right direction, that will be very much appreciated. The only info I have is the direct debit details which says 'RSA Life & Pensions' and then a reference number.
Kind Regards from a very laxidasical money handler

Royal Sun Alliance sold their life and pensions arm to Phoenix.
You can contact them here:

I have also been paying £6 a month for the past 4 years, I believed it to be a PPI on a loan, the loan is now paid off but I have no way of contacting the company it's being paid to to cancel it. I have been to my bank and they said I had to contact them myself, any suggestions?0

I think there is a very easy way.
You can just stop the direct debit since you dont know what you are paying for and most importantly to whom you are paying.
Once you stop the direct debit, they might contact you over the phone or send you a letter by post so you will exactly know who they are0
