Santander Bond

My mother opened a bond

She sent them the cheque

Yesterday they sent 2 identical letters saying the email was blocked (it wasn't) and to send a cheque

they also took the cheque out of her halifax account yesterday

just incompetence?

    I don't know. What did they say when she asked them why?

    It depends on the spam filter you or your email account holder use. These automated emails are generated by an address you cannot reply to and may be automatically blocked.
    For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.

    Then it does sound as though there is a breakdown of communication in the Santander organisation.
    For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.

  • Santander CS is not great Ive found and read similar from others. Maybe they are suffering from amalgamating so many different banks but they seem to do this kind of thing often
