I don't believe i got into debt through low self esteem but i certainly believe debt knocked alot of self esteem out of me.
I felt like a failure, still do in some ways as i can't tell many people just how much debt i am in so it is still an emotional burden in some ways. I had always been the one, both amongst my family and friends, who was organised, focused and on top of everything so it was a knock to my self esteem to admit to myself that i was out of control and had put my family in such a situation.
Now i have some sort of control LOL:rolleyes: well in theory, i do feel better and once i have won the debt battle i am sure i will feel fantastic with the self esteem to match.Success means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY. Johnny Cash
