I was always a little wary of buying a PC online and not going to a shop to get one, but with the online discounts and codes etc it made sense to buy online. Recently, we bought a pc which was fine for a couple of weeks and then we had serious problems with the monitor. Phoned the helpline and it was picked up a couple of days later and at the same time, a new monitor was delivered. A* service. A few months later we bought a laptop and all ok except that last week one of the keys popped off. It was promptly collected lthis Monday and I received it back repaired today, thursday-yes-just 3 days! Now I never got service like this at PC World or anywhere else. On this second call, the guy on the phone even asked how we were getting on with the new monitor and "is everything satisfactory". Ive got to give them a full 10/10 for service(within warranty).
