Short hold tennancy agreement needed

Does anyone have a link to a good assured shorthold tennancy agreement. Ive googled and seen a few. But is the one anyone would recommend or does anyone have a blank one i could have?

Appreciate any help:)

P.s dont need anyone telling me i shouldnt be getting a free one etc etc,
For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.

    Fine, but remember you are trying to let out your more most expensive asset so make sure the AST you use covers you and your interests.

    They can be 1 page, or 17 pages like my current one. The difference is my current one leaves nothing out but the page long one will be very general and not specific at all.

    WHSmiths sell one in their legal documents/accountancy documents section so go there and buy it as it is in line with UK Housing Law and will stand up in court.

    Also, what would a board about money saving be if I didn't say that, with a poor AST, you could be at risk of losing an awful lot of money. But you don't need me to tell you that.

    There are as many as there are tenancies. depends what you want it for, what your circumstances are, what your requirements are etc etc

    A good starting point is joining a LL's Association which will give you access to ASTs.
