goodmorning everyone this is my first post on the forum
just wanted to know what will I be entitled to
my daughter who has turned 16 will be moving back into my home and i havent got a clue what she will be entitled to can someone please explain what I should do please, I am on incapacity benefit well its at an appeal stage after atos decided i was fit for work and only give me 4 points while i suffer from servere agrophobia, anziety, leg muscel loss due to me being housebound, my balance is really bad other medical problems as well i get disability living allowance HRM and LRC god knows how i got the HRM it was really the care i needed the most I got this awarded in march last month any advice would be very welcome thank you

Will she be in full time education or will she be in employment?0

my daughter will be staying on in school for a further year, she wants to go to college at the end of the next school year0

I don't think your daughter will be entitled to anything, perhaps EMA.
Appart from that you should apply for the child benefit for her and then child tax credits.

chld benefit number:- 0845 302 14440 -
If she is staying on in education, and your total income is less than about £30K per year, she will be eligible for between £10 and £30 per week from EMA. You should see if you can apply for that midyear so that she can receive it to help with her costs of attending school - books, transport, etc.0
