Sparkles can I be added to the list for the rest of the month, no target please but I'm aiming for an AF rest of the month.
I read a bit of the Patsy Palmer book 'All of me' - got it in the charity shop yesterday, not a huge fan, but it was interesting onthe back cover deals with her addiction to drugs/alcohol. Thus far its pretty rivetting the conversations in her head:
She tells herself
'do something normal today'
'It will be different today, [I thought] , I won't have much, just a little [puff] to calm me down, stop me feeling so tense, that won't matter just a little bit'
She cancels an appointment, has another 3 joints and eats half the kitchen contents. All before she picks her kids up at 3pm.
She decided it had to stop.
