    Thanks Jo!

    Good Night everyone.

    Sim x

Good luck with your interview sim. I'd recommend a swim and a walk, gyms can be such a waste of money. Please keep away from the pub tomorrow just in case it's not a drink. And while I'm in bossy mode, get a good night's sleep tonight, no staying up all night:naughty:

Hope you soon feel better DB and 4 for the challenge please:D

    6AF for July please sparkles.

'night everyone, hope you are all safe and sound, wind is howling here and pi$$ing down with rain. Just think, last week we were too hot to sleep!

Well, went to bed at half past nine last night can't say I feel the benefit yet, but I am sure I will be fine later:)

Sim, good luck with your interview, just try to treat it as an informal chat, and you will be fine! He already knows about your convictions anyway and that would be the major worry ( for me anyway! ) Let us know how you get on, and SKIP THE PUB:naughty: or you will have all of us to answer to, and your girlfriend, and a massive hangover too the choice is yours:)

DB Hope you feel better soon, I take a double dose of Zinc when i think I am coming sown with something and it does seem to work and I very rarely get properly sick:)

NRA Well done on getting to where you are just keep going:)

Hope everyone else is well and happy this dull and rainy morning, I am off this weekend so quite happy with that:D

    Hugs to All

    Morning all,

Did drink last night but stopped half way through the evening and decided that I don't want to do this anymore. My mouth is so sore, I'm sick of not remembering my life as it's going by and I feel like I've aged so much in the last few years. I reckon if I don't drink then all these things will improve within time.

I made the decision last night that I will no longer drink alcohol as I think I'm allergic to it. I then had a kind of epiphany, everything seemed so clear. I was wondering last night if I only felt like that because I'd had a drink and would wake up today just feeling like crap and that's it, but no, I feel almost lightheaded with excitment that my life is about to improve.

This must be a light bulb moment.

38 years old and today is the first day of my life :T

ETA: love to stop and chat but have you seen the time
