Reapiring silver handmirror

Hi everyone
I was given an antique silver hand held mirror a few years ago and the mirror itself started working itself out of the frame, I then caught it on the table and the mirror came out of the frame- not broken. Behind the mirror looks as if it was held in place by ceramic or pottery which was what had broken. Does anyone know how I could go about getting this fixed or where to go?
Thanks very much
