Science GCSE

I think that if you already have a D then a C should be acheivable - why not register to sit the exam, get some revision guides and THEN, with the bits that really stump you, get a private tutor for a couple of sessions to help.
In my experience (I'm a science teacher), a tutor is usually a science teacher earning a bit extra in the evenings, will be up to date with the curriculum and exams and can help you with example questions. I think you could budget for about £25 an hour. A bit of a spend but worth it in the long term?
Where are you - I'd be willing to help!0
