Im not sure where to post this, but this section seemed appropriate, but Id like some advice as well please.
Hello, im new here and wanted to ask for some advise.
I recently booked a parcel to be picked up via parcel2go, home delivery network was meant to come and pick it up on the 20th so I had the day off work to wait for them. They didnt come... I spoke parcel2go and they re-arranged delivery for the next day, they still didnt come!
Basically I've been waiting in for four days and they still havent come. What should I do now, because speaking to them doesnt seem to getting me nowhere and I cant miss much more time from work! What are my rights?

well yes, ive paid for the pacel to be collected and delivered, not much but ive paid0
