i agree with the other posts about your mum focussing on the wedding, it will give her somthing positive to focus on (albeit she will still no doubt be very raw & fragile)
I dont know anything about your circumstances but I'm assuming other family members will be there and all will be very aware of whats happenned and therefore will all take a little time to chat & support her through the day (which allows you to still enjoy your day without so much worry about mum)
I hope this post sounds positive and not harsh in anyway x0
