Huge praise to Orange!

My daughter's phone got stolen at school yesterday(she is 15 and often has after school clubs and walks part of the way home-stopping off at my parents' house and they then bring her and her younger sister home) and I had only just topped it up the day before.Rang Orange to block the sim card and ask how to transfer the credit to a new card.After checking her account they said she was entitled to a replacement phone and would send one out within 3 days.I got a text this morning that the phone would arrive today.It did so at 10:30am, credit was transferred to new sim card which they also provided free, her old number was transferred to the new sim card, and there is also £10 top up included with the phone which will go on in about a week.
I am so impressed that they sent out a phone(a samsung c3050-colour screen and camera) for someone who is only a pay as you go customer with no insurance or anything.
Well done orange!!
