Estate agent still showing house after it is sold

Options
We accepted an offer on our house yesterday, and took it off the market at the purchaser's request. We assumed the estate agent had cancelled all further viewings. Today, we discovered that the estate agent showed someone round the house while we were out.

Why on earth would the estate agent do this? Do we need to get the keys off the estate agent to stop them doing it again?

Because EAs are parasitic and will still show your home to others in the hope of igniting a bidding war.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
