ISSUE #2 PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS


The following Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Let Us Know What You Want' prize draw (the "Promotion") run on behalf of the Promoter.

1. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Promoter, its agencies or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. To enter you must be at least 18 years old and reside in the UK.
3. One entry per person.
4. Entry is free via the e-newsletter landing page, which is accessible from the link in the April e-newsletter (Issue #2). Entrant must select their preferred Prize from the three options set out on the online entry page.
5. Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost or not received for any reason.
6. The Prize Draw opens at 00.01 on 22 April 2010 and closes at 23.59 on 03 May 2010.
7. One Winner will be selected at random on 05 May 2010 and contacted by mobile phone or email by 07 May 2010 subject to the preference selected by the Winner at the point that they entered the Prize Draw. If no response is received within 3 calls or 1 email attempt, a new Winner will be drawn. This will continue until a Winner has been contacted.
8. In the event the Winner is unable to participate in the Prize for any reason they must notify the Promoter immediately. In this circumstance, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another entrant.
9. The Winner must confirm that they're able to attend (if applicable) the Prize within 24 hours of being notified. If the Prize is for the Winner plus a guest, the Winner must provide their guest's name and mobile number (for contact purposes) within 24 hours of being notified.
10. The Prize will be the Prize chosen by the winning entrant at the point of entry, from the three options on the online entry page and set out at points 10a,10b,10c.
    • a. 2 passes to the McLaren Technology Centre tour – date to be confirmed by Vodafone and McLaren. Winner and one guest would join a private tour group (maximum 16 people) for a tour of the Centre.
    • b. 3-day grand stand passes for the 2010 Santander British Grand Prix™ at Silverstone (9-11 July) for Winner and one guest
    • c. 1 Vodafone 360 Samsung H1 phone
    The Prize is subject to availability and confirmation and in the unlikely event that the Prize is not available, a Prize of equal or greater value will be offered as a replacement.
11. The Prize does not include any additional costs or expenses such as travel expenses, and accommodation. All additional expenses are the responsibility of the Winner and guest (as applicable).
12. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
13. Other than that which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter will not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal possessions, or injury, including death, other than due to negligence, while travelling to or from the Prize event or during the event itself.
14. Promoter will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all elements of the promotion stated but cannot be held responsible for failing to fulfil certain elements if beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. Winner accepts that the Prize could be rescheduled, cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the Promoter.
15. Winner and guest (as applicable) may be requested to take part in publicity and must comply with all terms and conditions of entry to the Prize venue.
16. Details of the Winner can be obtained by sending a SAE to Vodafone Team, Partners Andrews Aldridge, 60 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7RT after 14 May 2010.
17. By entering the draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
18. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
