For fitting a kitchen and utility room we have just been quoted £350.
This involves a latex screed over existing ceramic tiles for an area around 15sq metres.0 -
I bought about 4 sq m of Karndean from a dealer here in Nottingham. They said they could fit it for around £200, but in the end I did it myself. If it's a simple design (i.e. no elaborate borders tracing around the walls and doorways etc) it's quite easy to DIY fit - both the Karndean itself and the adhesive are easy to handle. This was also over floorboards so I had to ply it first.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0 -
In the trade myself and we would charge £150 minimum to fit it. To supply and fit 4mm marine ply, £65 so all in all £215. We are East Midlands based so cant help you out in London. However, if you want to fit it yourself like benjus did im sure you could do a good job provided you take your time.It cuts like normal vinyl and is quite plyable, Karndean do recommend their own adhesive though .
I have nothing better to do!!!!
