Complaint address - postal or email - for Continental?

Hi there

I've just returned from USA where I was stranded. Booking was with Continental.

I am claiming on my insurance policy (hopefully!) but they have asked for confirmation from my airline that they are not paying out. I can't seem to find any email or postal addresses for Continental airline on their website anywhere - does anyone know of any?
