New Look stained dress

Hi guys

I purchased a dress from New Look approx 8 weeks ago for a friends wedding (tomorrow).

Took it out of the wardrobe today to find a quality label inside the dress has stained my dress. The dress is pink and the label dye is blue so it's pretty bad.

No receipt but still has tags intact - would I get a credit note/replacement if I took it back? Or would I get laughed at?

it may be in the sale now and if it is you'll likely only get what price it's selling at now as a refund/credit
If they have another dress the same (new look do turn around their stock rather quickly) they should exchange it, I usually find them quite reasonable in there. hth x

Hi - thanks for the quick response.
I don't mind a partial refund / credit - I wasn't expecting anything after 8 weeks tbh!

Will take it back and give it a shot.
