Why does she think she doesn't deserve it? Silly Mum!!

Tell her you want to spoil her and buy her something lovely because she has been such a fab Mum to you over the years.

Plus the fact that you have paid for everyone elses!

Or take her out for a mooch and some lunch, so she can have a look and see if there is anything she likes x

Yeah that sounds good too, its quite selfish but I really want her to feel great along side all of my aunts coz they always spend so much and always look amazing its just about time she invested some me time in herself for a change!!!

Do you have Debenhams or any other large department store near you??

You could have a look at the clothes, the make up, the fragrance counters etc...

See what takes your Mum's eye and if she isn't playing ball, you pretend to look for things too, so that you could both go into the changing rooms together, or have a sniff of the perfumes together, or have a make up lady try something on each of you.

You could have a bite to eat, and tell her how much that X dress or X suit looked so fab on her and tell her you would really love her to wear it to your wedding.

    Just some ideas!

My Mum wouldn't need asking twice lol xx

what a lovely daughter you are. I agree with taking her out for lunch etc. You could also sit her down at lunch and tell her all the things you admire about her and what she has done for you, waiting up when you were a teenager etc. Then tell her this is your way of saying thank you. Also how about a visit to hairdressers for a dummy run on hair nails etc, could be your special day as mum and daughter.
Do you know why the length is important to her, does she feel she needs to cover up?

I'm sure you will find an answer to this as you clearly love her.

If she's conscious of her knees, she could wear a trouser suit, or a calf length/ankle length dress or skirt.

She doesn't have to flash her knees or legs if she doesn't want to.

You're lucky to have such a lovely Mum and she is lucky to have such a caring daughter!

Hope you get her sorted with something she loves xx
