Where to buy Air Con Window Duct adaptor?

Does anyone know where you can buy those adaptors that change the round hose from an air conditioner (portable) to the thinner oblong vent that you can trap in your window in the UK?

Almost the same or this .Several round-to-oblong extractor fan duct connectors, available at B&Q et al.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
