Cannot Email Photos - POP3 Error

Hi

I am living in France.

When I try to send a photo from my computer, I am getting this:

Impossible de trouver l'hôte SMTP. V!rifiez que vous avez entr! correctement le nom du serveur.
Objet 'Envoi d'un message : IMG_0053', Compte : 'POP3', Serveur : 'SMTP', Protocole : SMTP, Port : 25, S!curis! (SSL) : Non, Erreur de socket : 11001, Num!ro d'erreur : 0x800CCC0D

Does someone know what this means, and how I can correct it.

At a guess, I'd say your ISP (if they are your e-mail provider) may not accept connections from outside their network for sending?

It looks as though your email client is trying to send via a secure server (i.e. SMTP over SSL) while the ISP does not support that.

I'd try changing the email client settings so that it is not configured to use SSL, and uses the default SMTP port (26).

Does your ISP have a webmail interface, if so log in via your browser and send them that way?

It cannot find the host / or the host is replying that it does not accept secure connection on port 25 which it should not it should use 465. It is very nice that they don't say something
like Merde, non possible dans le cul

Which mail client are you using and what is your server name ?
