Installation of New Gas Supply

My friend is moving house. There is no gas supply in the property. Are there choices of companies that can install a new gas supply? Or, can only a National Grid company perform the installation?

Be aware of this! If your supply is by an inde[endent gas transporter. Some suppliers make a surcharge on your account.0
