Mel - I missed your post earlier but I was raging about the lack of boys clothes in the supermarkets ATM. Literally aisles of girls stuff and then half an aisle for the boys stuff
My babba still needs a waterproof jacket.
i am thinking that way myself. we are both at docs tomorrow (well LO with nurse) but i'll say in my appt. if necessary, see if she can find me appt tomorrow if she wont discuss in my appt.
B can share my LO. it has one of the waybuloo girls on it ... i too was struggling and ended up having just to pick that one0 -
Sorry Elasti sounds like you have a real job on your hands there. I personally would go with who I wanted (your friend) and stuff what anyone else thought of it but I know it's not always that simple!0

((hugs)) Elasti...i'm afraid I don't have any words of wisdom except you should choose whoever the hell you want to!!! I am quite stubborn when it comes to things likr that and stuff everyone else, it is my children and my money that is paying for it then I would have whoever I wanted as god parents;)
We had a joint naming ceremony for our older two, i didn't even get into a discussion about who would be godmother.godfather (although I don't think that was the correct term as it is a non-religious ceremony!!) I just tell people what I'm doing and that's final....We will be doing a joint one for the younger two towards the end of the year too and same will apply...
At the end of the day it is up to you.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Mel, Surfline.co.uk is Salt Rocks factory store, currently having maintainance but I use it all the time or there are random stores around the country, all Bens t-shirts from there were £2.50, or here http://shop.animal.co.uk/icat/clearancestoreinstore for t-shirts and hoodies. I also keep an eye on the Littlewoods sale for Animal stuff. I HATE white trainers but like this http://shop.animal.co.uk/Footwear/MITCH-SKATESTREET-TRAINER/invt/fmwr3102a which you can also get from M&M Direct in cheaper makes and Amazon. But I usually get cheaper jeans, Peacocks or BHS do those sizes, or the Next sale as they are usually a good fit. When I was with MM I picked up some £2 jeans which are a lovely fit, think the shop was called Dunes, maybe she could post some (was gonna ask myself). His shorts at the moment are Sainsburys £3.50 ones with his £2.50 t-shirts but he looks cool. This type of thing I love http://shop.animal.co.uk/Boys-Clothing/BENDIX-T-SHIRT/invt/wr200 but in answer to what you said, yes boys look carp in cheap stuff so you have to be a bit more inventive. HTH.Too many children, too little time!!!0
