Som, there are loads of video's on facebook 'how to make a no sew tulle tutu'. Some you buy a meter of tulle and chop it into strips, or you can buy 6inch wide rolls from ebay. You get a bit of elastic, knot it and tie the tulle on. The one I watched told you to pop the elastic over a kitchen roll to make it easier to tie it on.0
