    Thanks for all the replies re GP's. We survived our afternoon and Poppy called him Grandad without the 'other' part ;). I think it will probably be easier if I just say we're going to either Nanna's or Granny's to avoid future confusion! :cool:

    Here's my monkey chops in her new tutu I made today. It's Tia's fault, I was meant to be tidying but this was more fun :rotfl:

    Som - there's a bit about dark cherry amber here, it's to do with succinic acid apparently.

    Som, there are loads of video's on facebook 'how to make a no sew tulle tutu'. Some you buy a meter of tulle and chop it into strips, or you can buy 6inch wide rolls from ebay. You get a bit of elastic, knot it and tie the tulle on. The one I watched told you to pop the elastic over a kitchen roll to make it easier to tie it on.
