They look a bit special :D I keep looking out for some more for C. Now OH and I have got into the habit of using washables, I'd like to get some more (just cos they look nice ). Keep looking on used nappies.com and checking different website's for good offers.

Would have loved to have done the baby show but things are just too busy this month/weekend. We went last year with some freebie tickets but had to give it a miss this time.

We off to bed now - just a quick visit from me tonight. Hope everyone gets some sleep in the heat xxx

ETA I hate being at the top of the page!!!!

*hugs* Glam - sounds like you're going through a lot at the moment. Hope you feel better in the morning.

Happy birthday to the birthday girls xx

Been doing essential holiday prep. Have put an intensive conditioner on my hair, shaved where necessary, foot filed my feet and cut my toe nails and painted my toe nails a pinky red colour and my finger nails are pale pink. I never usually bother with nail polish as it never lasts long, so it looks a bit weird :o

Been scorching hot here today. I've got a thermometer that hangs out the kitchen window and it was up to 26.2°C this afternoon. It's still 17.8°C outside now.

Doggies went to my parents this afternoon and I'm missing them. Jack looked so sad and bewildered when they drove off - bless him! I rang earlier and my Mam said he'd been playing in the garden all afternoon, had his dinner and he was fast asleep in the dining room. They get spoiled rottern there as they're allowed on the sofa and they get fed biscuits and stuff.
Here I go again on my own....

Becles, when do you leave? Lucky you!

Krystal, those nappies look lush. I'm wishing my wraps were more colorful for when summer comes but I'm too attached to my Motherease Airflow to try anything else.

    Glam, hope you feel better...

    Tomorrow afternoon.

Need to do the packing in the morning, then we'll have lunch and get away. We've got an airport hotel booked at Manchester, so we're going to have an evening meal down there and have an early night. Need to by about 5.30am on Monday morning, as the flight goes at 8.30am.

Been a tough year and I'm so looking forward to the break :j
