Becles - eek at humping!!!! How old is jack?

He's 7 months old now. Even though he's still a puppy, he's slightly bigger than Bob now. He's a bonny lad

    Gah, work today :-(
I've been looking for a smartish summer outfit for K for the Bo'ness Fair Day and I'm really struggling to find something! Girls are so much easier to dress! If anyone sees a nice pair of smart short dungarees or similar on their internet shopping travels, give me a shout please!!

Yesterday was a pure disaster I should have stayed in bed! Ever had one of those days where you just do incredibly stupid things all day.........lol

ETA: Beccles, Jack is very much like my Zac in the build with the lanky legs! Zac has started filled out now hes 2 and is still a handsome beast!

awww, cute doggy pics are almost as nice as cute baby pics!! I reall really really want a dog :(. I grew up with animals around me my whole childhood, so it's really hard only having a geriatric, senile cat who sleeps all day.

Can't stick around, early appt to get hairs cut, then off to swimming. Let's hope it goes better than last time when Finn just cried the whole time! Hugs to those who need them.

Aww the doggy pictures are making me sad :( I had a border collie cross puppy but I had to give him away when I left my ex as I couldn't take him to my mum and dad's when I had to move back in with them. He was called Billy and he was so lovely. Zac and Jack are lovely :)

CSH Debenhams have some lovely boys' ourtfits and quite a few dungarees in their Designers at Debenhams ranges. We've got a couple of them for Alfie.

    Morning!!

GISI Yes those seats were a total bargain with the extra 10% off too, I was well chuffed when that code worked. Just hope it fits nicely in our car now, the website said it should do...

Som, hope u managed to get some sleep after your feed and are feeling better now.

T had 3 feeds in the night last night but he did go straight back down after each one so every cloud...

Well Im just waiting till about 9ish to give T his porridge, we will see how todays effort goes :)

I dont think I have mentioned it before but we live beside a primary school and I have decided it is not helping with my pram obsession as every time one goes past Im oggling it and trying to see what type it is!!

Think I am gonna go get T weighed this morning so that we know his weight for car seat purposes :)

My HV said once they get to about 7 months that food is more important than milk, which I was surprised at - it was during a discussion between me and a friend who's LO still has 5 bottles a day and J has 3 but sometimes just 2 that the HV mentioned it.

Our routine is flucked thanks to my op! So today brekkie at 10am, lunch at 2pm and tea at 7pm  He did sleep from 4.45 til 6.40pm and then at 8.30pm nicked chicken and pasta bake off my plate cheeky sod. He didn't go to bed til 9pm :o
Oops - better get into a 7am wake up from next week ready for work!

    Hi MM & NMS!

Susan - I've not even heard from Tax Credits! :(

ooh, my HV when i went cos i was worried about K not eating, said that uptil 1yr its not so much about what/how much they are eating but the fact they are getting used to different textures, tastes and chewing. 'the 0-5yrs book' says uptil 1yr they should be still having upto 600ml of formula per day.

very confusing, i;m going to get K weighed today so will check again. (i get worried when peeps post how much little one is eating and they are younger than K---daft i know as so many have reassured me K is normal)

Fatty, thanks for pointing out the Axiss, I haven't heard of it before and I love the fact that it swivels - it would make things much easier for me!

I feed David about 7.30, 12.30 and 5.30 and then BF about 5 times during the day and usually a couple of times in the night too.

Eurghh, I have had a stinking cold all week and it seems to get worse every day :(

All the fab pics have cheered me up though :D

my friend just txt me to call her, when i did she had txt me instead of the lady she works with (also called jill) and she said that her grandaughter had spent last night in hospital, i asked was she ok (gd) and she said no and would txt me later. am worried as her gd had lumps on her neck and was due to have an op so they could determine what they are, she's only 8 months old.

i really hope that she is ok.

No probs hammy, a friend of mine had it and recommended it as she is pregnant with her 2nd baby and it has made life so much easier for her getting her daughter in the seat.

Oh no Jillie, hope the gd is ok, how worrying. xx
