Oh !!!!!!. So i sold the Apple and clearly said in the item description that the foam was missing but could be replaced.

She's emailed me saying she's disappointed to find out from iCandy that it would cost £25 to have done properly and can she return for a full refund???

Surely it was up to her to find this out before she bought it, my listing was clear and the photo would have shown there was no foam! Unlike my seller who failed to mention it *at all*.

Omg i'm gonna get a neg on my mam's account :eek:
I'd say no - if the fault was clearly described then the item is as described. You could suggest she resells it if she's changed her mind.

Congrats Krystal, had to double check though cos the date says 2009 :rotfl:
Duh, that's the corrected date too... It said 2007 the first time I tried lol... I'd take another but I don't know if I can be bothered...

I'd say no too Beenie... You mentioned it in the listing that's where your obligation ends... If she threatens you with a neg you can report her to eBay and it will be removed anyway...

I have to take the Oyster into the shop... The breaking system got full of sand on the beach and my uncle fixed it for me but now it's not working properly... Still under warranty though...

I have to look for a double now I suppose.... :D:cool:

Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone else here is choosing to not vaccinate their children and if they knew of any websites with extra info I can read
up on. I took Fishfinger to the Health Visitor today and when I said I had decided against her having jabs they all ganged up on me. I stood my ground but its left me so angry and upset, and I just know next time I take her they will do it again as her jabs are due wednesday but I cancelled the appointment already. I kinda looking for info I can throw back at them to shut them up lol.
Also I am apparently feeding my baby to much!!!! Stupid people.

When you coming, we have a Scottish meet semi planned for July
    Thank you :D
We're coming up on the last Monday of June something like 28th, mon - fri I wanted to avoid school holidays as much as possible but was most shocked to find that some scots schools finish on 25th June!!

Not sure what's happening as we're staying in the hotel across the road from FIL's penthouse flat (only 1 bedroom) I presume he'll be working some of the time :p

It just seems rather scaremongering for Dr to say something like that without any particular reason.

I didn't know that. (I'm sure everyone else does though.)
I didn't know either, I'm way to posh for primark  *waits for sarky comment from those that know I'm far from posh*:rotfl:

I'm just going off to google for images of chicken pox - just in case

Hi everyone! Not been on in a couple of days as I've had my mum staying, so just having a quick catch up.

    Krystal - Congratulations!!:j:j:j

Beenie - Hope somebody starts taking your complaints seriously soon. Your neighbours make mine sound like angels in comparison and we would seriously be considering moving away from ours if the damn credit crunch hadn't landed us in negative equity. There's nothing worse than problem neighbours. I would say no to the ebay refund out of principle. You were upfront about it on the listing its the sellers own stupid fault that they didn't price up replacements before they bought it.

Holly is 3 weeks old as of tomorrow and seems to be settling into a rough routine now. I think it was Aless (not entirely sure) that recommended the Happiest Baby on the Block book - thanks!! It makes so much sense and has really helped us focus more precisely on what we're doing when she has a wailing session!

It wasn't what I'd planned to do, but I've now dropped the breastfeeding altogether. H seems much more satisfied and contented on the formula, which in turn is making me much calmer when I'm dealing with her. Was really tearing my hair out with the non stop feeding/crying we had before.

Had my mum to stay for the last week after DH went back to work. Today is officially my first day on my own with the baby (apart from the dog of course!)- feels very strange. Managed to take baby and dog for a walk at the same time although the dog is finding it hard to adjust to having to walk in a straight line and I keep running him over with the pram!

I just rarely buy new clothes - the main clothes we've bought new for Alice have been on sale rails either in Mothercare or the supermarkets when we've happened to be in there anyway. (Or Boots because one of OH's relatives gives us giftcards.)
