    Elf, you need to see your GP and get another psych, just because one was crap don't give up on them all. I had a bad experience with one and got it changed to someone who actually read my notes and worked out how to help.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    She left me, like everyone else who said was gonna help, she abandoned me. I don't know if I can trust anyone anymore....they keep saying oh you can cope on your own and i CANT. I'm not strong enough to go back and be let down again

    I have 2 pregnant students who are only 16, I dont know how I would have coped having children so young. Even at 21 I felt a bit shell shocked........acutally some days I still do:rotfl:

    I have just had to throw out my entire dinner as the chicken was totally manky:mad:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    You have coped on your own, this is blip - ok so it feels like a huge out of control disaster but just take a minute. You have coped before and you will cope again. Lots of people on here can help you. And you can help you, you already have by talking to us and talking to your lovely Pint

    Hope I am not talking out of turn.You can't really know what anyone is feeling I know, but BB was so right when she said we all have times when we think we don't have a clue and it is awful.But it does pass.
