First Credit Card For Someone With No Credit History??
Comments
-
Hi again everyone,
Just to update. We've now got all three credit reports and there's no errors on them. They're pretty empty but there are a couple of searches - one for a littlewoods account and one for his A&L current account. So now I'm trying to decide whether to try A&L Card or RBS Classic card for him. He's had a current account with RBS since his teens and was paying his wages into it for a year until he switched the wages to A&L a few months ago. It says the RBS classic card is a good one to apply for your first card so I'm kind of leaning towards that since people have said the A&L one is provided by MBNA who may not take his current account with A&L into consideration.
There's nothing to choose between the two cards (both give 9 months at 0% and then charge similar percentages but that's not important as he'll be paying it off each month.)
Which one do you think we should try? Thanks.
Regards
