Over Payment Of Holiday Pay

I have no idea what that means.
But you still owe them the money. Regardless of whether its spent or not. And by whom. And whether or not there is a change of position.
Did you ask for the breakdown like I suggested? Have you worked out from your own pay slips the money earnt and your version of what is owed?
Have you made any effort what-so-ever to dispute their claim? Have you checked the figures and compared them to yours?
If you do owe them this money - and from the sounds of your posts, you are not disputing this, then I strongly suggest that you come to an arrangement to pay this back before they take you to court. And they will. The court also will not care if you have spent it or not, but they will accept a pyament plan but willalso add the court charges to your bill.
There is no getting out of this if you owe it. Make an arrangement to pay it back.
There have been lots of posts on your thread - all offering advice about what to do next. Take it. Don't ignore it. Pay it back - make an arrangement with your old firm.0 -
Have just double checked a legal dictionary, and there isn't a specific term 'change of position', so it really depends on a change of position with regards to what?
I do agree with the other posters - pay the money back!Gone ... or have I?0
