Apart from being very expensive, they are fine as long as you don't take any notice of the rubbish that the sales staff come out with.
I decided what I wanted before I went in to buy. I was also very lucky as I had one from their clearance centre which had a mark on the base (came off with carpet mousse!) Sounds like I was one of the lucky ones.0 -
