Are these ones that charge you £25 to set up and £12.50 a month? Why bother? Just apply for a Halifax Easycash account (comes with Visa Electron) and they only ID check you.0

If you are undischarged the only ones that will accept you are:
Barclays Cash Card Account
Co-Op Cashminder Account0 -
i was discharged in feb this year0

If you are discharged a lot more options are open to you. Have a gander at this list
