I am so !!!!!! off with these people ringing me without my permission as I have apparently entered a competition where I agreed to have a price comparison & they were so !!!! rude to me & refused to tell me where the T&C are that tell me where I agreed to this so that I could check. She told me myoffers which I haven't been a member of for years! Not only them but EON contacting me as well & their comps are with Dennis publishing which says nothing about a price comparison & not only that but she refused to put me through to anyone who can show me T&C.
This is the last straw with phone calls and people at the door I am so sick of it now

Ok I found 1 that says IF you requested a quote:
A Scottish Power agent will contact you directly by telephone if you have requested a no obligation quote.
but can't get to the T&C online as the sites aren't showing the comp

3 days running I've had them on phone, got all excited when it was a number I didn't recognise too!!! woman today assured me I'd be taken off the number list. So fingers crossed.

I've only just had their MSE rep get my landline off the list, are SP & EON the same?0

I've just had the phonecall too -
seems loads of us have made it through to the final!!
LOL0 -
They said only if you do the energy comparison which I refused that's why I want to know where the T&C are that say it
EON just rang me now as well  said he will remove my number0 -
 They told me it via MyOffers too- like you, I've not had anything to do with them for years, (Know how spammy they are!)
As I'm registered with TPS, have visited their online site and filled in a complaint form which they've acknowledged & will query with Eon
.
Haven't been bothered by Scottish Power at all, but there could be a reason for that...
Last year they were doing a very competitive deal when they rang, so we went through all the rigmarole of switching, (30 minutes+.) A couple of months later their sales chaps rang again. Turned out we hadn't been switched, so we went through it all again... Their sales team phoned again the next night, they still hadn't registered our switch !
Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, does it?!
ETA - sorry, to answer your question, the comps were both on all the Dennis publishing sites
As far as I'm aware, SP & Eon aren't connected Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0 -
I'd say it was one of the Dennis ones that I posted.Sorry all.It was spotted too late that "My Offers " were involved.I cannot seem to find the commented post though. There are a lot of the same comps posted though.0

catz, 10 calls, spoke to supervisors who promised i wasn't on their database anymore, i emailed a compalint and still they ring, I've been really ill and could hardly talk and dealing with their stupid sales calls drove me nuts.
i was actually looking to change supplier but will never go to eon.#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
I didn't see anything about myoffers in the ones you posted weeowen & they had the standard Dennis Publishing T&C which is why I entered them0

I think it was hidden way in the smallprint.I think it was reanniaenn that spotted it.0
