    I've always thought this was a really confusing system. Surely it would be easier to do away with 3.4 and just put everything in 3.3?

    Also, I think some may mistakenly include their ISA interest in this section 3.4 which they don't need to include at all! They should put reminder beside this section that it's for non-ISA gross interest.
