After much searching for a compact flash card for my new digital SLR camera, I found this -

There are other capacities really cheap too - 2,4,8 Gig all at 160x speed. Ebuyer, who normally come up trumps for me on this sort of thing, couldn't even come close to matching that for price or memory speed.
